Dr. Quinnie Phan, DDS
With an unwavering commitment to excellence and compassion, Dr. Quinnie Phan brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt care to her dental practice. A proud graduate of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, Dr. Phan earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with the highest honors — graduating Summa Cum Laude and ranked first in her class. Her academic achievements were recognized with induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the prestigious national dental honor society.
Her dedication and leadership have also been honored by the Virginia Chapter of the American College of Dentists (ACD) and the International College of Dentists (ICD), accolades that reflect not only her scholastic excellence but also her potential to make a lasting impact on the profession.
The daughter of refugee parents, Dr. Phan approaches her career with deep gratitude and humility. She views her dental education as a privilege and embraces the philosophy of lifelong learning. Through continuing education and advanced training, she constantly seeks to expand her knowledge and refine her clinical skills — all with the goal of delivering the highest standard of care to her patients.
Dr. Phan’s passion for mentorship and education has led her to complete the Academic Dental Careers Fellowship Program (ADCFP) through the American Dental Education Association (ADEA). She is deeply committed to inspiring the next generation of dental professionals and contributing to the future of dental education.
Driven by a strong sense of service, Dr. Phan is dedicated to increasing access to dental care for underserved communities. She has volunteered extensively at free clinics and dental outreach programs across Virginia, and her commitment to global health has taken her to Central America, where she provided vital dental services to rural populations in Belize.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Phan nurtures her creative spirit through art and design. She studied at ELISAVA – Barcelona School of Design and Engineering, where she explored her artistic interests and deepened her appreciation for aesthetics — a sensibility she brings to her work in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. An avid runner, Dr. Phan has completed two full marathons and finds joy and renewal in Virginia’s beautiful outdoor trails. Though originally from Arizona, she now proudly calls Virginia home.

Dr. Kam
Dr. Kam prioritizes listening as the foundation of his practice, taking pride in a patient-centered approach that emphasizes genuine connection and thoughtful care. Originally from Hong Kong, he brings a global perspective and strong communication skills to his practice, allowing him to provide highly detailed, precise, and advanced dental care.
His academic journey reflects this same dedication to excellence. After graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the VCU School of Dentistry. This disciplined background serves as the foundation for his commitment to delivering tailored solutions for every patient.
Dr. Kam believes that the highest standard of dentistry is achieved through a blend of advanced clinical training and a compassionate, patient-first philosophy. By pairing a rigorous academic background with the sophisticated techniques he refined through the Implant Study Club, he delivers results that are both cutting-edge and deeply personalized to the individual. His dedication to the field extends to the community at large, where he serves as a frequent volunteer for Mission of Mercy projects across Virginia. His calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail help patients feel confident and at ease while achieving long-term oral health.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kam enjoys exploring new restaurants and discovering great places to eat—patients often find he’s just as happy to talk about local dining recommendations as he is about dental care.
